I have Saab's Performance car...... the Viggen, which has a powerful engine in a very light weight body. I didn't know that Spark Plugs could make such a difference. I can feel the difference in quickness with Denso.

I'm the type to explore all the possibilities of choices prior to making my purchase. I do rely heavily on customer reviews since that always seems to be the best indicator of value, performance and quality. Not necessarily in that order... I own a Saab 2.0 litre four cylinder high output turbo convertible which still has alot of get up and go with 70K on the clock. The last set of plugs were the original NGK and decided after reading up on dozens of reviews by manufacturer and consumer alike, I decided to give these Denso Irridium IQ22 plugs a try. The platinum NGK's probably should have been changed at 50K but the motor didn't seem to be lacking performance so I definitely got my money's worth out of them. Though after pulling the plugs it was obvious they were history! All that being said, I must say that I do notice a big difference with the new Denso Irridium. Immediate response, quick starts, noticeable gas mileage improvement and great performance. Are they better than the NGK? probably not significantly better but I haven't had them in the motor all that long. I will update this review after another 5 to 10K. I can say that I have no complaints so far with the Denso's and my gas mileage has shown a noticeable improvement, especially in City MPG. I would definitely recommend these to anyone without hesitation!10K mile update: Would I purchase these plugs again? Yes, without hesitation. They are terrific plugs and my engine is running just great!
