After having tried three different "DOX-1419 compatible" no name copies from various sources, I can confirm that this Denso or the original Volvo counterpart (that is exactly the same as this Denso with an added Volvo logo) is the only option for the early P2 cars. The Volvos of this era are extremely sensitive to the signal from the oxygen sensor, the no names I tried always lit the check engine light with either "P0131 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)" or "P0132 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)" after a couple of kilometers. Ever since I put the Denso DOX-1419 in my early 2000 Volvo S80 2.4, the codes haven't come back. Problem solved.I could also add that it's quite common that the heater circuit goes bad before the oxygen sensor circuit does, that's what happened on the factory sensor (9202309) on my car. That gives the P0135 code.
