Hallo liebe Leser,zunächst möchte ich euch mitteilen, dass mir dieses Produkt kostenlos im Rahmen des „Amazon Vine“ Programms zum Testen und Rezensieren zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.Dies findet aber keinerlei gewichtete Beachtung in meiner Rezension.Ich teile meine Eindrücke "ungefiltert" mit euch, dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob ich das Produkt mag oder auch nicht.Ich halte mich bei meinen Rezensionen bewusst relativ kurz, versuche aber ausführlich genug zu sein um meinen Eindruck zu vermitteln und euch die Entscheidung leichter zu machen, dass Produkt zu kaufen oder es lieber zu lassen.Meine Eindrücke vom Produkt:Top! Ich habe den Airtaghalter am Fahrrad unseres Sohnes montiert. Schnell und einfach zu installieren und für Unkundige auch nicht direkt als Airtaghalter zu identifizieren.(Preis zum Zeitpunkt des Tests: € 14,99)Vielen Dank das ihr euch die Zeit genommen habt, meine Rezension zu lesen. This is an excellent product to hide an Apple AirTag on your bike. To install it, you have to remove your existing stem cap and replace it with the bottom of this one. It does come with the corresponding screw, however, in my case I needed a longer screw. The screw I needed was 6mm by 50mm length.To secure and remove the top cap, you use the provided Allen key. Exercise care as the screws are very small and will be easily lost. Once the screws are tightened, they won’t come out, but I’ll be checking periodically in case the vibration loses them.Although it is quite visible, I recommend this as it will be difficult to realize its purpose and how to remove it without the corresponding tool. I also suggest you refer to the several videos online that suggest how to make an AirTag difficult to locate.

This AirTag stem mount is easy to install, just be sure you are ready to handle the super small screws that come with the mount. Six came in the package, and four are needed on each side to attach the top of the mount to the bottom of the mount. The stem cap mount seems very nondescript in my opinion, and it is likely mistaken as a component of the bicycle by the casual observer. This is the best way I’ve found to date to hide an AirTag on a bike, and the price is very low compared to the peace of mind it can bring. Recommended!

This is quite a cool little thing, just mounts to your bike stem and you can use it to hide an AirTag.The listing says that it has a special screw lock design, and the unlocking device isn't too clear. Well, it's just a very small allen key!I wouldn't necessarily expect a thief to have one so small, but it's not exactly uncommon, so I think that I wouldn't say that that's a "specific tool", given how tooled up some bike things are these days with angle grinders and the like.NB: DEFINITELY doesn't fit some android varieties, they are too big, it's a very snug fit.

This is an excellent product to mount an Apple AirTag to your bike. Fits an AirTag perfectly. I hope the AirTag v2 (purportedly coming in mid-2025) fits.Easy installation on bikes with a modern stem. Simply remove the pre-load bolt and top cap and mount the AirTag holder using the preload bolt that came with the product. Be sure to properly adjust the pre-load tightness.This product does come with some extra work. To replace the AirTag battery, you must loosen four set screws to remove the cap. To adjust your headset pre-load, you must do the same.Before installation, I lubricated the included o-ring with some silicone lube to ensure it did not stick or rip.
