Hard piece on inner shoe toward toes that cant be removed. They are impossible to wear. Only in one shoe.

As much as I hate to say it, these shoes were horribly uncomfortable. I had very high hopes because I love the brand, and the style, and I have never been disappointed with DC's in the past. But not only was I disappointed, my feet were also. I wore them to work and ended up having to take them off to get relief. I work in a bar and grill, so I'm on my feet all day. Comfy shoes are super important. These made me walk funny. Not only were they too small (and I ordered them a half size bigger) but the top rubbed on my feet in a weird way. I could tell they were not going to get better upon breaking in. It broke my heart to have to send them back but I was left with no choice. 😟

I received the item and there were yellow stains on the laces and on the inside. The sole was also torn apart on one of them.
