The Women’s Court Shoes arrived sealed in a cardboard bag, and not being in a box had got a bit squashed in transit although they did return to their normal shape with a bit of time and help,Inside the envelope they were packed in a black fabric bag with tissue paper in the toes and a plastic stick back to the heel. They have a relatively low heel, round toe and look great in in a patent style. Inside they have a well padded insole. My wife finds that her feet can swell a bit in the heat of summer, so in line with the advice on the listing we order a size larger. This is quite a big size, and when she tried them on they were a little bit loose, but she thinks they will be ok when worn to the event they were ordered for.
