Der Scanner ist hochwertig verarbeitet, scannt zuverlässig, die Software erlaubt viele Beatbeitungsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert wegen des USB Kabel (leider kein USB C), mir wurde freundlich innerhalb von 30 Minuten geantwortet. Service Top!!!!!

El equipo entrega lo que promete. Escaneas de forma rápida y sencilla libros sin necesidad de desempastarlos. Incluso si las hojas son muy delgadas no se maltratan ya que su tecnología que a aplana las zonas curveadas que deja la posición natural del libro funciona bastante bien. Solo detecte un problema al escanear libros de artes ya que el escaner tiene problemas para delimitar donde termina la página cuando la imagen del libro no contiene bordes blancos. pero esto lo corriges colocando el libro sobre una almoahadilla que haga contraste. la que vien por default con el escaner es negro. le compre uno blanco y eso resolvio el problema par alibros de arte sin bordes visibles. Recomiendo este producto ampliamente.

I bought the CZUR ET24 as I had watched a few videos and read a few reviews of it, after I had narrowed my search to a CZUR product. It is drop dead simple to set up and use.I am writing a history of my small hometown and much of the material I have from that era, for direct use and for time period reference, is in the form of old and mostly out of print books and images I got from old newspapers - from fifty plus year old microfilm.I have a small book I was using, about 150 pages. I set up the ET24, downloaded the software in a few minutes and scanned it, my first attempt, in 12 minutes, using the auto-scan feature. You can turn a page and when the software detects that movement has stopped for a couple of seconds, it will scan. This means if you have to adjust the book, or fumble with turning a page, the scanner won’t fire and get an image of your hand.I did some editing and adjusting of images, which took another 13 minutes. This is while learning to use the scanner. I was able to save it as a searchable PDF and I could upload that to my Kindle reader. I also uploaded it to my Voice Dream Reader, and I had an over 100-year-old, out of print audio book, as well. Just being able to highlight as I go on the Kindle is a tremendous time saver, not to mention the fact I can use the Kindle’s search feature. I can also share this material with others or draw from it for on-line forum posts.I had previously gotten images of newspapers, from 1897 to 1931, that I saved as jpg images from microfilm at a public library. I have them in folders by year. I was able to upload these folders, combine all images into one searchable pdf and now I can search the newspapers for any words or phrases. This just involves the software, and not the scanner- even if I did not have the scanner this software is well worth the purchase price, for me. I can now search, literally thousands and thousands of images and I do not have to read and index each interesting thing for future reference. It was literally a few clicks to get this done. Those few clicks saved me days of effort in finding what I wanted.With the scanner I can get images of things such as old scrapbooks, and photographs. I can also get images of 3D objects- in my case some old photo print blocks from a long-ago newspaper from the early 1900’s. I can save these scanned images as Word Docs and then copy and paste them into the text of the book I am writing.I can also easily take this with me to sites where material is stored and do my scanning there. Previously I was capturing images with my phone, then downloading and spending a lot of time putting them into files and tagging them with the names I could reference in a search. I can now capture the images, tag them all at the same time e.g. “1927 Scrap Book-Mary Smith” and the software will number them in the order in which they are scanned. I can save all images as singles, and/or save them as Word Docs/pdfs- or both.I do woodworking and I do not buy the cheapest tool. I always say, “If you buy a cheap tool it will work just well enough to tick you off and you’ll wish you’d bought the better one.” The ET24 with the adjustable overhead lights and the lights on the post of the scanner make it possible to get good images from e.g., glossy objects or 3d objects, where you’d want light on the sides as well directly overhead.If you find yourself ruminating over if you want to buy the $600 one, over the $300, then you, like me, probably really want and need the $600 one.

Ich bin begeistert vom CZUR ET24 Pro. Ich habe das Gerät gekauft, um Bücher und ab und zu DIN A3 Dokumente zu scannen. Der CZUR ET24 Pro erfüllt alle Erwartungen, die ich in ihn hatte. Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und sieht zudem auch noch optisch elegant aus. Mit dem mitgelieferten Zubehör und mit der Software bin ich ebenfalls zufrieden.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Bildqualität!Wir haben den Scanner für unseren Verlag kauft, da wir oft antike Bücher und die darin enthaltenen Illustrationen scannen müssen. Die Qualität von alter Schrift und Bildern ist jedoch dermaßen unterirdisch, dass wir das Gerät zurück schicken mussten. Wenn ich das gleiche Bild mit meinem Handy abfotografiere, ist die Qualität dagegen gestochen scharf.Ich habe den Kundenservice gefragt, ob man an den Einstellungen noch irgendetwas verändern kann, aber die Antwort war:„Due to ET24 Pro is a book scanner, so the FW we set is prefer for black text in white background books, the color is hardly as good as cellphone's camera.ET24 Pro digital DPI can be set to 1000, the optical DPI (max.) of this model is around 320, that is fixed. When converting to bigger DPI, the software interpolated the data.„Besonders enttäuscht mich allerdings die irreführende Werbung auf der Website:“ET Series — Kompromisslose Bildqualität, unser fortschrittlichster professioneller Scanner. Genießen Sie das Beste, was die neueste Technologie zu bieten hat.“Also wer plant mit dem Scanner Bilder (die sich ja auch gelegentlich in Büchern befinden) zu digitalisieren, Finger weg.

Unglaublich schnell und flexibel. Ein 700 Seiten Buch beim ersten Mal in einer Stunde eingescannt, das ist einfach unglaublich. Ich hatte vorher einen Flachbrett Buchscanner ... aber alleine, wenn ich daran denke, dass ich da das schwere Buch jedes Mal wenden muss. Mit dieser Technologie bleibt das Buch einfach liegen und ich kann das Buch fast schon entspannt durchblättern und bekomme schon einmal einen ersten Eindruck vom gesamten Buch. Das mach die ehemals monotone Tätigkeit des scannens abwechslungsreich, spannend, interessant.Gut finde ich auch, dass die einzelnen Seiten als JPG Datei in einem Ordner landen. Egal, was während des 700 Seiten scannens passiert - Programmabsturz (ist nicht passiert) - Stromausfall - die gespeicherten Seiten sind leicht zugänglich gespeichert (nicht in einem proprietären Format). Bei meinem anderen Scanner war es nicht klar, wo und wie die Zwischenergebnisse gespeichert werden.Gerne hätte ich, wenn der Weißabgleich und die Helligkeit besser eingestellt werden könnte. Grundsätzlich gibt es aber Batch Funktionen, welche z. B.: Den Kontrast verstärken kann. Photoshop Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht - ABER - da die Dateien einfach in einem Ordner als JPG liegen, kann man mit einem externen Programm wie z.B. Photoshop auch mit der Stapelverarbeitung nacharbeiten.Für die gute OCR Erkennung läuft im Hintergrund die sehr gute Erkennungssoftware Fine Reader.Vor dem Kauf machte ich mir Gedanken, wo ich den Scanner wohl am besten aufheben könnte, weil Platz immer ein beschränktes Gut ist. Dafür hat sich eine smarte Lösung ergeben. Der Scanner eignet sich sowohl optisch als auch praktisch sehr gut als Schreibtischlampe ;-)Der Support ist hervorragend. Wortwörtlich ist mit nur einem Klick ist der Kontakt zum Support entfernt. Ein Scann ist schlecht. Ein Klick auf einen Button eröffnet die Möglichkeit, das aktuelle Bild mit einer Frage an den Support zu schicken. Dieser antwortete bei mir tatsächlich sehr zeitnah ... denke sogar innerhalb der nächsten 6 Stunden ... und war bei mir bei Problemlösungen sehr engagiert (auf Englisch).

Der Buchscanner macht seinen Job gut und mit den variablen Lichtquellen lassen sich nun auch glänzende Seiten relativ gut ablichten. Zuvor hatte ich einen JOURIST BS16 in Gebrauch, der in seiner Funktion deutlich eingeschränkter war. Beim CZUR ET24 Pro habe ich eine breitere Einsatzmöglichkeit. Die Software ist in Ordnung und im Betrieb funktionieren Scanner und Software meist zuverlässig. In Punkto Auflösung und Bildqualität hätte ein ET18 vermutlich vollkommen ausgereicht. Der ET24 vollbringt hier keine Wunder und für die meisten Buchscanns von textbasierter Fachliteratur hätte wahrscheinlich auch der ET16 genügt. Mittlerweile ist der Preis des ET24 etwas moderater und ist von knapp 700 auf ca. 600 € gesunken, das macht den Kauf des ET24 deutlich attraktiver.

L'ho comprato per digitalizzare libri e documenti manoscritti molto datati (dal 1.500 in poi), quindi non ho ancora testato l'OCR. Per il resto ti consente di salvare i file immagine, pagina per pagina, pur acquisendone 2 alla volta e da queste creare un PDF in modo totalmente automatico. Ottima la resa del PDF. Impossibile però scansionare una pagina in 1,5 secondi, nemmeno con la scansione automatica: ci sono dei tempi morti, per voltare pagina, per l'elaborazione del file immagine (separazione delle due pagine), per aggiustare la centratura del libro che ogni tanto si modifica per via del differente spessore delle pagine scansionate e non. Tuttavia rimane un lavoro molto rapido e, nel mio caso, impossibile da eseguire con uno scanner piano tradizionale senza il minimo danneggiamento dell'originale. Molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
