Lots of bubble wrap and a great envelope but arrived in many many pieces makes me think it was shipped that way.

There's nothing wrong with this charcoal. It's a great product. (However, very soft charcoal, and this is nearly willow stick soft, does not hold a point like ever, so update your product description guys...) If they could add a lot of extra padding to keep the sticks from breaking (a cushioned tube would be ideal probably) I'd be throwing my money at it.
