For a dry unit, not bad. The bit isn’t the most comfortable. It’s function is fine. Works as expected. I feel like I’m fighting the bend and it wants to pull to the side. For the price, this is a great short dive snorkel. It has very quick reaction time. It functions perfectly. Maybe it does’nt fit my giant head shape. Mechanically great.

Fantastic snorkel, took this on my honeymoon to Jamaica and used it constantly. It does great with going under water and sealing, and the bite part is very comfortable in the mouth. It is a sleek design and washes clean very well; you just want to make sure you rinse it in fresh water after every swim in the ocean because the salt water can be damaging. I've done this most of the time and it's as good as new. Like I said, no leakages and it clips very comfortably to the goggles. I recommended this to my in-laws already for their Hawaii trip. This is a great snorkel to invest in.

I am new to snorkeling and used this at Maeda Point and a few other beaches in the northern part of Okinawa over the course of a few days (probably 10 hours of snorkeling altogether). Although I was primarily floating on the surface of shallow ocean water, I did test the capability of the valve to block water from entering the tube when submerged (sometimes intentionally and sometimes not). The few times that I intentionally dove under the surface of the water with the snorkel completely submerged, the valve closed and no water entered the snorkel. It seemed to be that only when the top of the snorkel came into contact with the surface of the water at an odd angle (unintentionally) would there be a chance of water entering the tube. Only a few times did a little water trickle into the tube, but never enough to completely stop the airflow - just enough to cause a "gurgling" at the bottom of the tube.When small amounts of water did enter, it was easy enough to blow the water out from the bottom while face down in the water, with just an extra puff of air. The mouthpiece fit fine as well, and the clip will likely fit any mask strap.Love Okinawa and have a new pastime!
