I do not recommend this ice maker. It worked fine for the first few months we had it, but then it started leaking and we are no longer able to use it. I reached out to customer service, and they said that the problem was likely due to “human error.” The machine sits on a countertop, and we wipe it out when it needs cleaning. I can assure you that the problem with the machine is not due to human error. A 300€ ice maker should last longer than 7 months.

We like the product, but it continues to leak water. Also, due to the leaking water from the device..it's tripping our circuit breaker throughout the house. We have had an electrician come to our residence and the electrician has identified because the machine is leaking the GFI is triggered to keep no we’re not safe from electrocution.We would like to request a replacement of the machine please.

I love this machine. It produces pellet ice in masses. Fill up your freezer and you don’t have to use it that often. It looks very good also.The manual sucks, but the support is awesome.Highly recommended!

The machine looks great, arrived fast and so far works reliably. The industrial look fits well with other kitchen appliances. In EU market there are very few countertop nugget ice machines as opposed to the American market where there are products like GE Opal etc. EU market seems dominated by traditional cube and bullet ice machines mostly manufactured in china wich are not great for coctail drinks and for people who appreciate the finer things in life (pun intended). :) COSTWAY Ice Cube machine seems well-built and offers crushed ice quickly and reliably which is superior to aforementioned options currently available on EU market.
