Zunächst ein Lob auf den Kundenservice der Firma Cosori. Nachdem das zunächst gelieferte Teil nicht funktioniert hat (ständig Hinweis in der VeSync App, dass das Thermometer zu schwach geladen sei) innerhalb weniger Tage Ersatz bekommen. Das Thermometer selbst funktioniert hervorragend, es lässt sich blitzschnell verbinden und die Steuerung über die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und der Magnet am Behälter haftet sehr gut an Kühlschrank oder Backofen. Außerdem hat es eine super Reichweite auch über mehrere Räume hinweg. Ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Küchenhelfer.

Ich habe mir dieses Thermometer bestellt, weil ich es eigentlich mit meiner smarten Twinfry von Cosori optimal kombinieren wollte. Umso überraschter war ich, dass in der App nur 2 smarte Airfryer von Cosori im Moment zur Verfügung stehen.Ich habe Cosori angeschrieben und warte auf eine Antwort, ob es in Zukunft noch für mehr Airfryer von Cosori kompatibel sein wird. Ich fand es sehr enttäuschen, weil es aus der Produktbeschreibung so nicht ersichtlich ist. Lediglich unter einem Foto stehen die beiden Airfryer ganz klein in der Bildunterschrift.Für mich irreführend und nicht in Ordnung. Die mitgelieferte Bedienungsanleitung ist so klitzeklein gedruckt, dass es auch hier Probleme beim Lesen gibt. Online steht leider zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nur die Englische zur Verfügung.Die Übersetzung in der App hat noch ein paar Fehler, die Verlinkung innerhalb der App ist bei den Rezepten noch fehlerhaft und die Push Benachrichtigungen auf meine Uhr funktioniert nicht. Sie benachrichtigt in einer Dauerschleife mit Popups ohne Inhalt.Das sind aber auch meine Hauptkritikpunkte und deshalb gibt es zwei Sterne Abzug. Wenn da nachgebessert wird, dann ändere ich sehr gerne meine RezensionAnsonsten ist das Thermometer top! Schlichtes, aber edles Design. Mir gefällt die Ladecradle sehr gut und die Tatsache, dass sie magnetisch ist. Die Verbindung mit der Vesynch App klappt ohne Probleme. Achtung! ihr müsst nicht alles Berechtigungen erteilen. Den Zugriff auf meinen Standort, Kamera, Kontakte usw. habe ich nicht erteilt. Nur das Nötigste.Das Thermometer ist sehr einfach in der Bedienung. Man muss darauf achten, dass es weit genug in das Kochgut eingesteckt wird. Es misst zuverlässig sowohl den Garpunkt, als auch die Innentemperatur im Airfryer, Grill, Backofen etc.Die Alarme können konfiguriert werden. Sie funktionieren super. Es gibt Wende- und Ruhezeitalarme und alles in allem läuft es rund.Innerhalb unserer Wohnung verliert mein Smartphone nicht die Bluetoothverbindung zum Thermometer. Küche und Wohnzimmer liegen ca. 10-12 Meter auseinander und sind durch Betonwände getrennt.Die Umsetzung in der App gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Widget auf meinem Smartphonebildschirm ebenfalls.Die Verarbeitung sowohl vom Thermometer, als auch von der Ladecradle sind tadellos. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv.Die Cradel wird über eine AAA Batterie betrieben. Ich persönlich finde das gut, aber es wird vermutlich einige stören.

Ok I’ve revisited this review because I’ve used it for a second time with a different meat and I had a completely different experience. It worked flawlessly however I’m still annoyed that it didn’t work on the turkey. I think I’ve been part of the problem by possibly putting the probe too close to bones. The second thing I cooked was boneless and no issues, still unsure on this but have upgraded the stars as when it works, it works very well and also just for the record I’ve had no connection issues like some have reported.So used it for the Christmas turkey, followed the instructions and watched the temperature increase fairly quickly and was shocked after only 45 minutes it was telling me to take it out and rest as it had reached temperature. Went in and used my cheap £3 probe and it wasn’t anywhere near cooked, even the bacon on top wasn’t cooked took the probe out and reinserted in a different area and put it back in. After another 15 minutes it was telling me it was cooked again. It wasn’t! I left it in turned off the app and went old school and cooked it myself. Interesting thing was when it was cooked the probe was showing the correct temperature! I will try again with something that doesn’t have bones and see if we do any better but at this moment in time I have NO trust in this device. Sorry

Ich nutze das Teil in meiner Cosori Twinfry.Leider funktioniert bisher noch nicht die automatische Abschaltung bei Erreichen der Kerntemperaturen. Aber das wird hoffentlich von COSORI irgendwann mal nachgereicht in der App.Klare Kaufempfehlung ☆☆☆☆

Der COSORI Fleisch-und Grillthermometer in Verbindung mit der App ist genial. Das Fleisch kocht bzw. grillt fast von ganz alleine und zwar auf den Punkt genau.Kann ich zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.

I had a air fryer... (still havent gotten my replacement from the recall). I purchased this becsuse I've always wanted a grill and i saw some good reviews.It works well. The grill is meh.... But its basically an air fryer. A much more expensive air fryer. The only good thing a out it is the air filter which helps with the food smoke smells.The basket has no handle, so dumping the food out requres you to either pick it bit by bit or find a glove to hold the hot basket. I find that a downgrade.The 'grill' option is basically an air frying option with a grill line shape base so you would get some marks. But.... If u want good steak, just use a cast iron. This makes subpar steak..... Cast iron is WAY better.If this was the same price as the cosori air fryer.... I would still have a hard time deciding which i would rather have in my kitchen....but i'd probably lean towards the air fryer due to the convenience of a handle.

A friend shared benefits of using an indoor grill after they got rid of their big outdoor BBQ. I had as well and was looking for a better 'grilling' solution. My kitchen has very limited storage/counter space and I have been down-sizing and looking for multi-purpose items. looked at grill model they had purchased along with others all of which had more negative than positive reviews.Sadly, my CP137-AF was one of the units impacted by the recent Cosori air fryer recall . It is the smaller capacity air fryer and due to limited counter cabinet height (11" clearance ) it was the only unit that would fit, and we only have 2x people in our household. I learned how-to use the air fryer from Kathy on YouTube, and purchased the Cosori after reading many reviews and researching what would be best for our use. So over the past 18-months it became our #1 go-to appliance.Cosori offered replacement item options instead of the equivalent air fryer model for the recall, and while my unit was smaller, the larger capacity CF model showed the new Cosori Electric Smokeless Indoor Grill & Smart XL Air Fryer Combo! I was intrigued, and went researching. This unit came out about 1-year ago, and while on the more expensive end of the 'air fryer' models, this had so much more to offer my narrow criteria requirement of lower height, larger cooking capacity and an indoor grill! Everything I wanted in a single unit plus the baking bonus.My CF137 recall unit did not qualify as a replacement to the Smart-XL Air Fryer, however Amazon.com had the unit in stock and a $30 coupon, so since I was willing to spend $ to purchase just an indoor grill as an additional appliance, I hit the 'add-it-to-my cart'!Received it, and ran the 1st time cycle twice to burn off the new plastic odor, and used it the same day. I also paired to Alexa on my phone using the VeSync app. LOVE it !!!!The Smart XL grill fits my limited counter space (slightly wider but lower). Cooks faster and has higher temperatures available. Grilling is perfect, have had NY steaks and pork chops that are tender and tasty in minutes, and the ceramic grill sizzled just like the old BBQ. I really like that Cosori chose to use ceramic for the grill insert instead of a teflon coating (so much healthier, I have gotten rid of all Teflon coated pans). I do use a sheet of foil in the bottom of the pan which makes clean-up a snap, along with everything being easy to clean.Smokeless, fast clean-up and does not heat the kitchen! I have used the grill, air fryer and bake functions. My brownies baked faster and now I can have baking all through the hot summer months without turning on my gas oven!Two other friends had purchased their Cosori's on my recommendation and have now replaced their units with the new Smart-XL grill combo.Extremely happy with my purchase and whenever I do finally receive my replacement CF unit I will gift it to someone which has held of on purchasing an air fryer.
