Silver 1/2". I made a paracord keychain with these; total overkill but looks great. Buckle is secure; no accidental release in daily use. The slot accommodates up to three passes/pieces of paracord.

I got these buckles a little bit ago but haven’t used them since now. I made a couple of paracord bracelets out of them. I went to a market to sell my items and these buckles were on my most expensive bracelets. I opened one of the buckles to put the bracelet on my rack and the buckle proceeded to break. One of the side latches broke rendering the buckle, the bracelet, the yards of paracord and my time and money I spent to buy the buckles and build the bracelet useless. Curious as to what resolution can become of this.

Impressed - used this for dog collar - the dogs play all the time trying to rip off each others collar - this item is still working

Their description says dog collar but it comes off just from my dog wearing it not even on a leash.This would be closer to false advertisement than anything. More than one star because they do look clean and their cheap $12 for 2 pairs of buckles. 100% not a dog collar. Maybe a bracelet at best.
