Works as expected, easy to install on our patio captain chairs however they do sway quite a bit in the wind. One even came right off the chair.Good for shade, the material of the umbrella doesn't seem like the best or the strongest. Time will tell home long it lasts.

These are really handy to take with you to the beach or soccer field.They come in a nice little travel bag with a carry handle. They are smaller than what I was expecting but do cover a chair nicely. The material is more of a "blackout" material as opposed to being for rain. They really do block the sun's rays and heat!One of the two umbrellas didn't want to stay open at first. It took a little bit of coaxing to get it to stay up, but it does stay in place once opened. I also struggled to get the arm to bend at first. I almost wondered if it would bend at all! It turns out, that is a good thing! Once angled in the position that I preferred, it stayed in place really well. The bendable part is nice and strong. The clamps attached to my chairs with no problem.The size of the umbrella is appropriate. Not too big but not too small. These umbrellas are not meant for much more than protection from the Sun which they do well and which is exactly what I intend to do with them!I think these umbrellas are going to stay in my car with my lawn chair so that they are available no matter where I go.Great product in my opinion!

The two umbrellas are very beautiful in blue, and they are lightweight enough to carry to the beach or to a picnic somewhere in nature.Unfortunately I was not prepared to find plastic spikes, the frame of these umbrellas are made of plastic (not the main post) and really thin as well. Aluminum would have been just as light and a lot stronger, pity I don’t think that plastic spikes are the best choice for an umbrella.I tried to install the umbrellas ion my chaise longues but the clamp does not open enough to attach to the plastic frames. The clamps do fit on our two portable chairs, which have aluminum pipe frames. I cannot really position the umbrella to cast a shadow over the chair , at least not always, so I have to physically move the chairs around.In spite of the little shortcomings, none of the umbrellas broke yet, I hope that they don’t , because I like them.Thank you

I was really happy to find that this set came with two umbrellas. It's such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference since most people are setting up a pair of chairs. No need to buy a second one separately.The quality is great. The nylon fabric feels sturdy, the stitching is clean, and both umbrellas arrived in perfect condition, including the carrying bag. The clamps are also excellent. They're easy to use, grip super well, and feel very secure. I live in a windy area where we get gusts up to 60km/h. I closed the umbrellas during the worst of it but left the clamps on the chairs and they didn’t budge. They also stayed put all day even with us getting up and moving around, and they're super easy to take on and off with the hand screw.The umbrella closure clasps snap in securely and feel solid. Nothing flimsy or poorly attached. The span of the umbrella is also generous, just right for covering one chair. You do have to be mindful of how you angle them if you're setting up two side by side, though.The only thing to be aware of is the clamp adjustment. It takes a bit of force to move into position. At first, I thought the metal part would bend or articulate but it doesn’t. Instead, you snap the circular part into one of several locked positions. It works well once you get the hang of it, but it’s not immediately obvious.Overall, really glad I picked these up. The set is sturdy, easy to use, and provides great shade coverage.

I ordered these to attach to a couple of adirondack chairs we have on our patio around the pool that sit in full sun. I thought they would be perfect to add a little shade when wanted. Getting them to clip and stay on isn't the easiest on my chairs. One falls off all the time, especially when you try to tile the umbrella. Also, the bendable arm doesn't really bend in a way to block the sun. It basically sits over your head, but does little to block the sun at all. The spokes on the umbrella are made of a plastic so I think if caught in a bit of wind they would surely break. I think the price point is way too high for these, even at a 2 pk. These are a no for me which is disappointing because I really wanted to like them.
