Ordered a size 9.5 and the pair that came in has size 9.5 written on the inside but actual size is like 11! I don't know where they outsource their shoes but Cole Haan needs to address this issue.

This was my 5th pair of Cole Haan shoe purchase and each pair fits perfectly… I’m not sure why all the negative comments on sizing, I wear 12 Cole Haan and 12 for any other shoe brand. I like the slip on no fuss with the laces. Yes, once in a while the laces come lose so I just tie them and it’s good to go.

Easily the most comfortable CH I own out of 7. On my feet 12+ hours a day in a warehouse and my feet feel great afterwards.

Great looking shoe. My only complaint is that they aren't as comfortable as a nice running shoe.
