I ordered this overdoor organiser in a marbled pink colourway, from the Amazon brand Clastyle. I don't love the colourway, I won't lie, and I wish I'd chosen a plainer one. But that is honestly the only criticism I have of the item. I think whoever designed it really tried to think about the pitfalls of these things and did what they could to reinvent this type of item. There are five tiers of storage bins, each is deep, with a flat bottom (with insert to keep it flat). There is transparent vinyl on the storage areas, meaning you can see what is inside the deep bins without heaving everything out. There are not one bot two hooks, in an effort to eliminate bowing under the weight of the stored items. Ad there are even additional mesh pockets on the ends, to separately store smaller things that could get lost in the storage bins. It would be perfect in a child's or teenager room, and ours is housing soft toys that we we are not 'allowed' to put away. the perfect solution.The organiser's designer has really tried to make the best item they can for this storage space. Given that it all folds away small, and it's a temporary thing really, it does do it well. It's not without issue - I have a wide door and the hook didn't fit (others don't either), and the material ispulling a little under the weight but hopefully we can live quite happily with this as it has already been in situ a while.The current list price for this item is £29.99 which is a little on the steep side. This Over the Door Organizer has been a great solution for organizing items in my home. A large door hanging storage drop with pockets and pouches for multiple items.Ideal for someone in a small flat or with limited cupboards and draws.It will hold almost everything you need for a baby such as toys, nappies, wet wipes, baby clothes, foods on a bathroom or bedroom door.It could also be used in an older child’s bedroom or even in a kitchen for food related storage, although the pink colour is probably more suitable for baby use.Each compartment has a thick cardboard liner for stability and there are some with mesh sides to easily see what is inside.It has metal hangers that fit over a door so it remains in place. It should fit most doors but there would be some exceptions but they would depend on the individual door.I would say that for storing small items in a small living space, a hanging storage unit like this would be a better option than a set of draws or a cupboard.A cheaper way of clearing clutter, it’s nicely coloured and pretty good value as well.
