Works great had, to flash firmware. Had to go to the website and enter the screen model. It’s been working really well for my printer Lr-002H Creality. It was on the chitu website. The mall number is on the lower corner of the screen.

This is a crap product with crap customer service. I’ve emailed them 3 times since I installed the screen with no response. When I tried to return the screen I was sent a message saying I needed to contact customer service to work through the issue before I could start a return. If you contact them and they don’t reply, I guess you can’t do a return?One thing to know about this screen, and it may help anyone else who buys one, is that you need to update your firmware after you install this. It’s not mentioned anywhere in the listing or in the instructions but if you dig around on their website troubleshooting they mention it there. It didn’t help with my screen so I may have just received a bad one. I was replacing the stock screen which worked fine, it just had a crack in the corner of the glass and I had a gift card so I bought a replacement. I should have just let it be. The old screen broke coming out, the new screen doesn’t work and I’ve wasted a 1/4 bottle of resin troubleshooting the new screen.If you need a new screen, do yourself a favor and buy it from someone else

El reemplazo es el adecuado para la Creality LD-0002HPero debes saber que al retirar el cristal antiguo hay que retirar todo resto de la cinta adhesiva de doble cara. Como el cristal viejo roto se cuartea por lo bordes al retirarlo, cuidado de no dejar restos o que estos se cuelen por algun orificio o resquicio de la impresoraAl nuevo cristal le debes poner cinta de doble cara en el borde para que se adhiera a la impresora (no incluido)Tienes que actualizar el firmware de la pantalla, el sfotware lo tienes que descargar de la web de chitusystemNo, no viene ningún tipo de instruccion al respecto. Para actualizar el firmware, descomprimes el archivo en un USB (se descomprimen 2 archivos, uno con extenxión LCD y otro con extesion CBD) y en el menu de la impresora le das a "imprimir" el archivo *.CBD. En 10 segundos tienes la impresora lista y operativa de nuevo.Y podeis entender que estoy feliz de ver de nuevo a mi impresora operativa de nuevo

I had the exposing screen on my printer fail. I used one of these to replace it. It wasn't too difficult and my printer is up and running again.
