The reins themselves seem great quality, though I never used them. The leather is soft and pliable but thick enough to seem strong/sturdy. The snaps seem well made. I only returned them because I realized the braided part isn't smooth enough to work well with my martingale. Seem like a great product though.

I was surprised the reviews were so positive. The leather is super cheap, and the braided section is THICK (like, obnoxiously thick). I like to have grips/knots on my reins when I run a pattern. These reins did have them, but the leather broke and fell off after 2 runs.The quality of the scissor snaps so far have surprised me. But do yourself a favor and just invest in a better pair of reins like Martin or NRS
