They're reasonably priced compared to Kennametal, and work well for hobby use. Not really that great for production use though. They seem to be easily chipped in interrupted cuts, and the cutting edge wears down pretty quickly when used on hard steel. I'm satisfied with them for my purposes, and at their price, I can afford to break/chip one now and then. They can easily be ground and honed for job specific profiles with a diamond wheel and laps.

Using a light cut and a slow feed while turning a 2" aluminium bar, the finish was verging on a mirror. 30 seconds with some metal polish and it was gleaming. They cut plastic well too - blunter tips tend to melt the piece with nasty results.

When I got these I was worried that they were too small but my tool holders turned up and they're spot on. I work with a lot of aluminum but positive rake aluminum bits are also good for doing light finishing passes on steel too.
