I hoped to have this dealt with without posting a negative review …I purchase this year less than a year ago and it’s hardly used. Earlier this month I used it and noticed it’s a bit unstable and shakyUsing closer inspection I noticed the crack in the side armrest, right at the bottom where it connects to the frame. It’s totally notFixable and unsafe now. I paid just under $180 for the chair and now less than a year later it’s useless.I reached out to the seller on the contactemail that’s provided and they replied that they only deal with parts and advised meTo reach out to Amazon customer service. I did reach out and they can’t help me and told me to reach out to the seller again. On the website it’s the same email address I emailed already. They advised to include the email response from Amazon, which I did.It’s been over a week and no reply at all.Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of the chair and the lack of customer service. DO NOT buy … it’s a costly chair that didn’t hold up …
