these may have been great socks… But the color shown online was nowhere near close, but I received and for that reason, I returned them.

I bought the Castelli Superleggera socks for when I ride my road bike. I live in Tucson, Arizona and it is hot in the summer so I needed a light pair of socks for hot weather. The Superleggara sock were easy to slip into and they fit perfectly making them great inside my cycling shoe. The fabric is also very lightweight and great for the summer because my feet stayed cool and dry. They almost feel like a second skin. They give me the protection of a sock, but I barely noticed them, making them super comfortable. These are probably one of the best cycling socks I have ever worn. It's also a great price, so I am going to buy a second pair!
