Did not fit my garbage can even though I bought the base through amazon as well and it said they would be compatible. Frustrating. That aside it was in great shape and very durable.

Got this lid to go with a Carlisle Trash Can with the same number in the name - 34202303. The lid is a nice, snug fit on the top of the can and has a shiny hard surface that should make it easy to clean. I was surprised at how well-balanced the lid is. It is not a huge item but is pretty good size but takes just to lightest touch to get it to swing open and the trash to drop in.

Looks good and easy to clean.lid swings very easily. Much easier than I was expecting. Fits the tall Carlile can perfectly. Obviously they were designed to work together.
