Very sturdy and lightweight. Small enough to fit comfortably on my weber gas bbq, where i have used it for oven cooking and as a support for a pizza stone.

Reading the reviews about this item, I decided to use it for different purposes. Until we went camping, I decided to use it in the kitchen, cooling rack when I am baking, or putting the hot pots on.The stand itself is lightweight and easy to store due to the folding feature.I would say that it's a bit overpriced, though.

Before I go any further I must state that I have not used this for cooking nor do I intend to, I just want it to set a hot pan or kettle on when camping. It is easy to set up and seems quite sturdy. The measurements given in the listing are correct and it seems fairly well made with no sharp edges.. Folds away when not in use.

I used this for 1 week camping with a small portable Alpkit stove placed under the grill. The extra stability for placing a pan on top was great and the stand packs down really small. However, as hopefully the photos show, the wire is now completely warped and distorted and no longer stable. The metal grill is disintegrating, so little metal filings are coming off. I would expect some discolouration, due the proximity to the flame. But clearly the wire grill is too thin and not fit for purpose. After 1 week of use, it is no longer safe to use. I definitely do not recommend this stand.
