Yes!!! Its insulated!!!! Add the insulated hose and the military grade mouth piece and u jave the best hydration bladder out there. And it wasn't 200$!!!!Keeps my Ice packed water cold as all hell for 8hrs in my pack on an 80° and super sunny day.

Keeps cool well, doesn’t taste plasticky, just wish the tube was insulated as hot weather makes the first sip hot due to the lack of insulation on the tube, water just sits in it and gets hot, then you have to drink that hot water to get to the insulated water from in the pack.
