Calidad Camelbak, vale lo que cuesta. Concretamente este modelo Ice, es el que mejor mantiene la temperatura en climas muy calurosos, ya es la cuarta botella que gasto de esta gama y no tiene rival. En verano lo dejas en el congelador con agua a un cuarto o un tercio de capacidad, lo rellenas antes de salir, y te aguanta hasta mas de dos horas y media fresquita sin despeinarse. Interesante también que respecto al modelo antiguo de esta gama, se ha cambiado el sistema de boquilla, haciéndola ahora mucho mas fácil de desmontar y limpiar, que era su único lunar.

I live in a hot country. I use a bottle for cycling. It's not a thermos but if I add ice cubes it keeps the temperature low for several hours.Not liquid, very convenient to use

I now have 4 of these (in various colours). These Podium Ice are the best I have found for retaining internal liquid temperatures. I use them for long distance road cycling, gran fondo's and the odd road race. They hold a good amount of liquid and even when left in the 'open' drinking position they typically do not spill. They will splash a bit if in the 'open' drinking position and you are riding on a road bit of road, however typical smooth asphalt riding they seal great. What I personally do is only have the bottle that I am currently drinking from in the open position and the remainder in the closed position, then when one bottle is empty I swap it for a full one and also swap the bottle holder positioning for ease of access with the new full one. I do not like cold liquid when I am pushing hard, however what I love most about these is they keep the liquid essentially at the temperature I put it in at. I find most water bottles will heat up in the summer sun after several hours riding and then I am drinking an almost hot liquid mid day. These are perfect at countering that issue. Yes, I recommend these bottles, and if you can, get different colours that way you know what bottle has what flavour inside while riding.
