Was seeking to experience this design to eliminate/minimize pressure loss when disconnecting from shocks or dropper post. Seems to be good quality; however, it did not work. In fact, despite correctly using the screw knob to engage the valve pin, then disengaging the valve pin, BEFORE unscrewing the pump tubing, I lost more pressure than I do using my high pressure pump WITHOUT the valve pin release mechanism. I have returned this pump and purchased the "GIYO Foldable Shock Pump W/Lever" - the GIYO works exactly as described!

Very reasonable small amounts of controlled air from pump. Most functional feature is ability to back away the pump’s valve core from the suspension’s valve core, after reaching desired pressure, resulting in a reliable pressure reading due to no additional loss of air from suspension while disengaging pump. 👍🏻

Bought this to charge my dropper post. I like the fact that I can remove the stem compression before unscrewing from the valve.

I'm a 60-yr-old lady who hasn't had a bicycle in 40 years. Decided to get this tire pump for my new bike so I'm prepared whether at home or work. No instructions included, but if you scroll through the photos in the description here and spend 5 minutes playing around with the item, you'll figure out how to use it. My little old lady shoulders got a good workout putting air in the tires. Glad I got the pump with the gauge because while I thought my bike tires were fine, they actually needed a good amount of air added. Recommended!
