It works as intended and can be stored "folded". It has an elastic in the middle section.It could be separeable, though, for better storage in the car.

Does not fit Britax B Safe 35 Elite car seats!!

Don't know if it should get one star based on the product. Simply put the car seat adapter did not fit the Britax Chaperone car seat.
