I had several boards to cut hams and I was never happy because the ham moved when I was cutting. I've had this new board for a few days and I must say it's the best board I've ever had. The system to hold the ham is perfect, it does not move at all. The product is very well made, it is resistant, heavy and its design is very elegant. I also want to say that the seller was very kind. He was always in contact with me to know when I received the product. After I received the product, the seller contacted me to find out if everything had been as I expected. Produit simple, robuste, parfait pour son usage, exactement ce qu'on lui demandait.Mon époux est espagnol, c'est donc un objet d'usage "courant" chez nous, et il nous satisfait totalement. Produit basique, rien d'exceptionnel, ou de luxueux, mais d'après mon expert ibérique, c'est un "vrai", comme on les aimes de l'autre côté des Pyrénées.
