Bis her hatte ich die Geschmacksrichtungen Wassermelone & Fruit Punch. Wassermelone ist mein absoluter Favorite aber Fruit Punch ist auch völlig in Ordnung.Ich mische mir immer einen Messlöffel direkt vor und einen nach dem Training mit etwas Wasser. Freu mich sogar schon drauf, weils mir echt schmeckt.Im Shaker ist nur Vorsicht geboten, bei zu viel schütteln muss man ihn sehr vorsichtig öffnen - sonst fliegt es einem um die Ohren 🙉Was ich auch empfehlen kann ist einen halben Messlöffel mit in ein fruchtiges Whey zu mischen.. schmeckt auch super lecker und man hat sich nochmal zusätzlich etwas länger mit Eiweiß versorgt.Da es absolut zu meinem Favorit Amino geworden ist werde ich es weiterhin bestellen und kanns nur empfehlen. ✨️

El bote estaba perfecto y han metido dos barritas de regalo, cosa que se agradece enormemente. Los aminos van muy bien y se nota en la recuperación. De sabor también me gustan y no dejan ese olor a rancio en el bote como otros. El pre-entreno de la misma marca es una pasada. Noto el cosquilleo eléctrico hasta en los poros de las orejas 😂 y no es coña. Y al menos a mi no me hace ir las baño volando como otros. En general, recomiendo ma marca y el vendedor.

Produit très bon car déjà acheté une première fois, malheureusement cette fois ci je voulais changer de goût pour varier les plaisirs et j'ai commandé (cocktail de fruits) et j'ai reçu le même que lors de ma première commande. Grosse déception.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von BSN und seinen Produkten wegen der hohen Qualitätsstandards. Nach extremen Trainingseinheiten war ich der Wunden müde, die nie aufhörten.Aus diesem Grund beschloss ich nach einigen Recherchen, dieses Produkt auszuprobieren, und das Ergebnis war erstaunlich.Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben hatte ich keine Wunden nach einem Gewichthebertraining. Es war buchstäblich wie Magie. Tatsächlich gab es meinem Leben mehr Ausgewogenheit, da es sich aufgrund der Wunden auf das Studieren, Trainieren, Essen und Schlafen beschränkte.Dank dieses Produkts konnte ich mein Training verbessern, meine Muskeln schneller erholen und mein aktives soziales Leben wieder aufnehmen.Jetzt ist Schluss: Es tut mir leid, dass ich mit euch mitkommen möchte, aber ich fühle mich zu müde.Darüber hinaus ist der Geschmack und die Löslichkeit erstaunlich, ebenso wie das neue Produktdesign, das Reis gute Schwingungen und Gefühle verleiht.Jedes Mal, wenn ich mit jemandem über dieses Produkt spreche, bin ich wirklich aufgeregt, weil es mein Leben verändert hat.

As you'd expect being BSN its a great product.When using multiple supplements its hard to tell which one is giving you that advantage over another but the benefits of BCAA's are simple, it gives your muscles energy to help them build, recover & maintain.If your on a cut & trying to stay lean its also very beneficial because if you're cutting calories or doing long training sessions your body will be in a catabolic state, so due to the lack of calories/energy your body will start breaking down tissue for fuel which does includes fat but most importantly it also attacks your hard earned gains, but by drinking AminoX your body will opt to use the amino acids as an energy source rather than using the muscle tissue as a fuel, this is the easiest way to explain how BCAA's can help maximise muscle recovery & muscle growth.Normally i'd take a pre workout about 30 minutes before I go to the gym & then drink my AminoX towards the end of my workout while I'm there.I do personally feel it helps give me a boost while i'm training, especially when i'm getting towards the end of my workout & starting to get tired, even if I'm on a rest day or feeling sore I drink it as it will help me keep my gains & lower recovery times.This time around i decided to order the larger 1.15kg tub in the Green Apple flavour, mainly because I had issue's with the 435g tubs & the size of the opening, I just found it hard to get my hand past the opening to get a scoop when the AminoX was getting low, thankfully this larger tub fixes that.Also being the bigger tub you get 70 servings from the tub if you use a level scoop mixed with 225ml of water over the 30 servings from the 435g tubs, each serving will give you 10g's of Amino Acids.I thought the Green Apple had a really nice tangy apple taste which wasn't overly sour or sweet, i've only got to try two of the flavours so far (Watermelon & Green Apple) but i think the Watermelon flavour might just have the edge over the Green Apple, both taste really good & are refreshing to drink and both offer exactly the same amount of BCAA's per serving but I think the Watermelon for me is just slightly in the lead on taste.Both the Watermelon & Green Apple AminoX's mixes up with the water extremely well and only takes about 5-10 seconds to be fully dissolved and ready to drink.While mixing AminoX there is some pressure build up in the shaker cup from the bubbles but its nothing major just make sure u got hold of the lid while your shaking it, I personally just shake it for a couple seconds pop open the lid to release the pressure then shake again & then its ready to drink.On the whole i'm really impressed with this product & will be buying it again in the future.

Amino X von Bsn ist ein absoluter Klassiker und seit Jahren schon (zurecht) am Markt etabliert. Hier bekommt man eine Dose für nichtmal 35€, was im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Angeboten verdammt günstig ist!Pro:- Geschmacklich das beste BCAA Produkt, dass ich jemals hatte- sehr gute Löslichkeit in Wasser. Bei anderen Produkten entstehen des öfteren Klumpen- Preislich gibt es in diesem Segment kaum ein günstigeres Produkt zu finden (nichtmal 50 Cent/Portion)Contra:- Ein Messlöffel enthält gerade einmal 4g BCAA im 2:1:1 Verhältnis, was völlig unterdosiert ist.Fazit: Ein Produkt, dass verdammt gut schmeckt. Ich trinke es während dem Training, streite jedoch bei nur einem Messlöffel jegliche spürbare Wirkung, aufgrund der unterdosierten Inhaltsstoffe ab.Persönlicher Tipp am Rande: ich kaufe mir Geschmacksneutrale BCAA's im 4:1:1 Verhältnis bei einem großen Sportnahrungshändler (M*Pro**in) für wenig Geld und mische diese mit Amino X zusammen. Somit bekommt man tollen Geschmack und gute Wirkung zu einem Preis von insgesamt ca 70Cent / Portion!
