I appreciate easily serviced parts. But I expected better longevity from the OEM part. At 10% of expected life, rubber has decayed. Belt failed, and sticky debris from belt gummed-up drums and toner. I hope to ammend this review if the next unit lasts longer. Let's hope Brother found and fixed the problem.

This part was an exact OEM replacement not a third party part. Worked perfectly and was recognized by printer's firmware and software.

I would defiantly give the product 5 stars. I have never replaced this part in our Brother printer but the directions were very easy to follow and it look me less than 10 minutes to do it. I have had it in for about a month and everything is running smoothly!!
