NOT HAPPY AT ALL but will give it one more try. I made two lots of cup cakes so far. They both resembled donuts. Crisp and brown around the outside with a deep dip in the middle. They tasted fine. I thought this gadget would have a timer and that it would perform better than the oven. On the contrary!! It's a gimmick and I must have been sleep deprived to have ordered this. On the remote chance that it is faulty I will try it once more time before I conclude that it is not fit for purpose. I have bought several Breville products that I am very happy with. Sadly not this one. My recipe always works in the oven.

A neat product.Works well but extra features such as a timer would be super. Shame it only comes in Pink! Great cakes, some only need 6 mins when it's heated up so check on them if you can. yet to try it without cases as buying the specific ones is a bit of a pain. It does make lovely cakes and is quick and easy to use.

It was fun once or twice but it's not much easier than cooking your cupcakes in the oven.We bought it for our 8 year old who found it fun to use with our supervision as all surfaces are of course very hot (incl. the pink outside case).
