Run small, washed unable to use after I hit my 8th month. Quality is nice, wash well but you need to order up.

These were, unfortunately, too small for me. Specifically through the leg opening and I do not have larger than average thighs. I am 5'5" and currently weigh 136lbs and am at the very beginning of my 3rd trimester and I got a small. I wish I had gotten the medium because I can totally see the potential in these. In my other pregnancy I always got the below-belly undies because who needs yet ANOTHER layer to stretch over their belly, especially in the summer? However, If you are one who likes to sit on the floor, do stretches/yoga, or just generally move about in lots of different positions, the under-belly undies tend to cut into the lower abdomen. However, the over-belly undies do not!! so for yoga, stretching, etc where you're bending around a lot, these are definitely more comfortable! They also seem to offer a small amount of belly support which is nice because, as much as I know the belly supports are a good idea, I hate wearing them. These also have a light colored cotton lining in the crotch which is healthier than having synthetic material there so that's a nice bonus. So in a nutshell, I do recommend these but if you feel you're not sure which size to get, opt for the larger size.

Underwear: underwear set is extremely comfortable and soothing on the belly. The underlining does not cut the bum or legs which is really nice as you grow. The material helps support the belly a little and gives it a nice smooth out when underclothes. Comfortable enough to want to sleep in with a big shirt!
