I've been using the Treadmill Mat 6mm Thick Heavy Duty Non-Slip Mat for a few weeks now under my WattBike Atom Bike and it performs really well.The 6mm thickness offers a nice balance between cushioning and firmness. It protects my hardwood floors from dents, sweat, and vibration while staying low-profile enough not to feel bulky.The non-slip surface is a big plus. Even during intense rides, the mat stays firmly in place and doesn't bunch up or slide around. I also tested it on carpet, and it still provides a stable, flat surface as long as short pile.It’s long and wide enough for most exercise equipment, though if you have a larger treadmill, make sure to check the dimensions.The material feels durable and easy to clean, just a quick wipe with a damp cloth does the trick.The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it arrived rolled up tightly and took a couple of days to fully flatten out. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you want to use it right out of the box.Overall: A solid, affordable option for anyone looking to protect their floors and keep equipment stable. Would definitely recommend for home gym setups.

Great Exercise Equipment Mat. Giving good grip to my carpet and exercise equipment .The foam constructed matting also gives good impact cushioning support to my legs, when i carry out a dance workout .The foam mat is very lightweight and is easily cleaned after a workout .I have been using the mat for around 4 weeks now, with no issues to report.I would recommend purchasing this exercise equipment mat to others .

This 6mm thick treadmill mat has been a great addition to my home gym setup. Made from high-quality NBR, it feels really durable and tear-resistant, giving me confidence that it will protect my hardwood floors for the long haul.It's the perfect size for my compact treadmill, and it's good to know it's also compatible with other equipment like exercise bikes and rowers. The anti-slip textures on both sides really do their job – my treadmill stays put, and I feel secure during my workouts without any risk of slipping. Very spongy to the touch, but nice underfoot.As with all mats of this type, it's only when you spread the weight over a larger surface area (as opposed to just squeezing it between your fingers) that you feel the benefits of the foam used to make it. There's a definite sound reduction when using it as a workout mat... especially if using weights.It comes rolled up so can take a while to flatten out. I hung mine up on a line and used a hot-air gun to help straighten it out... it's now as flat as a pancake.The price is just about right for the size.On a quality/value-for-money basis.... 4-Stars.

This mat is indeed multifunctional but not universal. It is too short for either my treadmill or my rower but is ideal for my airbike, stepper or for working out with my dumbbells. The bike won, mainly because although I know that I should do more weights, I gravitate to the cardio.My bike sits on carpet and I was becoming aware of the sweat falling onto it. It is a washable nylon carpet but this thick mat is easier to wipe clean. The mat seems to be very well made and has a feeling of toughness to it and is built to soak up some punishment although it is lightweight.However the lack of heft proves to be a big issue. The mat is slightly different on the two sides with a different pattern with one side slightly shiner than the other. By careful scrutiny of the listing it was apparent that the glossier side is meant to face up. The problem is the mat came rolled up and when the glossy side is placed uppermost the ends of the mat curl up. It is not heavy enough to straighten out and produces a horrible trip hazard. That is a big no no and I can't use it like that. It will have to be turned over.I'm not sure if the two sides have different properties but it is annoying not to be able to use the mat in the way that the listing shows.
