Also it fit's in its own ship case which means no waste and a outer hard shell to protect even more.COB bulb in the large one, it takes the camping style rechargeable batteries but you don't need a separate charging unit (thank god as they are difficult to find) as it has built in usbc modern charging abilities. Rubber gasket to protect the port, voila! A fantastic large bright beamed flashlight. You can also adjust the nose end for a narrow or wide beam by gently twisting it outwards.The small penlight is great for EDC, pocket or similar situations but note it takes a single regular style battery that will probably die or explode in the cold/heat as they normally do in cars. not suggested for this it's a plastic outer shell. The small light could be made to a much higher quality but I'll give it a pass as they are trying here and it does work and is a nice soft top button penlight.I tested alt similar camping batteries in this flashlight and they worked fine even ones with a slightly different vol/ah (varied by +1-2) and some had the bump top not just flat tops, in addition this red battery works fine to charge in the multi-bay wall units no problems no overheating.Well worth a look this kit!

Die Blukar LED Taschenlampe hat mich insgesamt positiv überrascht. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, und die Lichtleistung ist beeindruckend. Der Akku hält lange durch, und die Verpackung war ebenfalls ansprechend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Ladeanschluss, der etwas ungünstig platziert ist; eine Positionierung auf der Rückseite der Lampe wäre praktischer gewesen. Deshalb vergebe ich 4 von 5 Sternen. Ansonsten ein top Produkt zu einem fairen Preis.

This is an extremely versatile and powerful flashlight/torch set. It has a big torch, a small torch, a 26650 battery having a capacity of 5000 mAh (big torch), 3 alkaline AAA batteries, a battery holder for those AAA batteries (big torch), an adapter for 18650 batteries (big torch), an alkaline AA battery (small torch), 4 silicone rings, a holster and a user’s manual (English, Deutsch, français, español, italiano, Nederlands, polski, svenska, türkçe, 日本語), all in a carrying case that can be closed with 4 snaps.According to the specifications, the big torch outputs 15 W on its highest (and default) setting, but that’s 15 W of LED lighting, so about 1450 lumens. That is very bright, and it gets very hot very quickly! At least until the current draw can’t be kept up and the light dims somewhat after a few minutes. The beam can also be focused on a smaller spot by pulling on the torch head. For comparison, a 60 W incandescent light bulb puts out 800 lumens. The small torch puts out what looks like around 200 lumens and is just an on-off switched torch at the bottom, so I’ll focus on the big torch for the rest.The big torch has 5 modes, and it remembers which one you used last with battery-backed memory. This means that changing the battery for another one, possibly of another type (26650, 18650, 3xAAA), will return the torch to its default setting. The modes are high (default), medium, low, what appears to be 8 Hz strobing on high power, and an 8-second SOS on high power. To cycle back to high power, you need to cycle through the strobing and SOS patterns… or take out the battery and put it back in a few seconds later.With how many kinds of batteries this torch takes, and the input and output USB ports, I had many ideas for things it could do:AS A BATTERY CHARGER: Charges lithium-ion batteries (like the bundled 26650, or an 18650 you might have) very well, flashing a small green lightning icon on its display as it charges. Can grab 10 W from a USB 5 V 2 A charger. While it does accept NiMH or NiCd AAA batteries in a pack of 3, it does not charge them. (Tested by putting half-charged NiMH cells in, with USB Type C plugged into a power meter for 10 seconds and seeing no power draw.)AS A BATTERY TESTER: Works very well for all battery types it supports. It shows the percentage of remaining energy, but does discharge the cell(s) as it performs the measurement, since after inserting the battery, turning it on sends it into high power mode. The max charge it reports is 100% (shown as 100%, while 0% is shown as 00%) for both lithium-ion cells and NiMH cells. I did not test the alkaline cells it comes with, as I want to preserve them.AS A POWER BANK: Claimed in the listing, but not in the manual, and it’s a bit of a bonus as it’s not its main function. Works very well with the bundled lithium-ion cell (even when the torch is off), but not NiMH AAA cells, which charge the device only when the torch is on, and even then, only a fraction of a second every 5 seconds. There’s not enough current flowing out of NiMH AAA cells to charge a device.The aluminium alloy shell is very sturdy, as is the rubberised USB cover, though that rubber is going to turn back into oil in due time. I like how the torch does not have a built-in battery, so that it doesn’t become e-waste when the battery’s capacity becomes too low, and so that you can store the batteries away from the torch.

Also, I have had Blukar lights before and have always been very happy with them.The light arrived very well packaged. It comes packaged in a case that holds the light and accessories.The light came with the light with a rechargeable battery, a USB charging cable, an AAA battery adapter so you can use AAA batteries if you want, 3 AAA batteries, a smaller flashlight, a user manual, an AA battery for the smaller flashlight, a small case for the flashlight, and a lanyard for the flashlight.The flashlight feels very robust and has an aluminum alloy body. It is IP67 waterproof as well.There is a small LCD that shows the amount of battery life in percentage which is something I have never seen on one of these lights before.The light has 5 modes, bright, medium, low, strobe, and SOS function. You just tap the button to scroll through these modes.This light is bright. I have several lights I have used in the past and I compared the brightness of this light with the brightest $200 light I have and I was shocked to see that this light is brighter.You can zoom the light in and out by pulling on the end of the light near the lens.The case is very nice for storing everything in and the small flashlight comes in handy when you do not need this super bright light.I am very happy with this flashlight set. It has exceeded my expectations and works great. I do like the red color since it stands out. I am always looking for my black flashlights and this red one makes it so much easier to find.Blukar has really hit a home run with this kit and again they have exceeded my expectations. I do recommend this for home use or for anyone in the trades who needs a very durable and bright light.
