Fits perfectly on a standard duty belt. Like many others, my standard issue case was becoming a little worse for wear and was time to retire it. Like other reviews, the case is snug but it doesn't seem to be a problem during deployment. It fits both my peerless and S&W quite well. Even when my cuffs are "loaded" I don't seem to have any issue on taking them out. I would definitely be recommending this to others and I would buy this again if I need to.
