I install it recently after I have bought it over 3 months. It looks very nice in my Family room.Unfortunately, a long chain crystals was found missing. Amazon helps to contact the manufacturer who responds very fast and promised to set me a set of crystals replacement.It is highly recommended to buy this brand of LED lights.Update-Two sets of Missing Crystals received with fast shipping directly from the manufacturer, China as added photo.

It actually looked quite good, but putting it together was a pain. Almost finished the assembly when damage to the drops stopped me in my tracks. Amazon unable/unwilling to contact the seller on my behalf. I'll not buy using Amazon again if this is their business model. Fire and forget!

I ordered 2 lamps. Painted gold before hanging to make them match my interior. They look absolutely beautiful and the picture does not do the justice. Absolutely worth the money; they look as an expensive piece of furniture. All crystals are carefully wrapped, small crystals individually wrapped in small plastic ziplock type of bags. I had one small crystal brocken and emailed the seller. Hoping to get it replaced soon.It's very easy to install. It took some time (slightly over one hour) to hang individual crystals, but it was quite easy to do. The end result absolutely worth the effort.
