Acquistati (due) in abbinamento alle staffe TU sono effettivamente ben fatti e facilitano il posizionamento del telaio (a patto di avere abbastanza luce laterale) ma non fanno nulla che non possa essere fatto con due cunei o ancora meglio con due cuscini gonfiabili.Considerando il prezzo non basso, puntelli sì tutta la vita questi nì.

Unless Amazon have changed the title, it's not a 'PAIR OF', it's only one!Apart from that gripe, these are good quality and should do the job I bought them for.Although these are designed for some European design TU door lining (not aware of any UK supplier doing this type of lining), the clamping disk opens to a good 38mm from the fixed prongs so should easily cope with even a fire-check lining. All 3 prongs are 5mm thick so your opening needs to be at least 10mm wider than the lining, but that gives no adjustment space :(The centre prong can be adjusted upto 40mm from the fixed prongs but if your opening is 80mm wider than your door lining something is very wrong lol.The 2nd disk is for positioning the frame within the width of the opening.My plan was to use 8 of these with 3 Wolfcraft easy frame jigs to make installing door linings easier.The TU frames come with a pre-fitted architrave on 1 side so only need 4 of these.Placing the easy frame jigs at ⅓, ⅔ and bottom the clamps would then be fitted on both sides at top & bottom.They would then be adjusted to centre and level the lining within the opening. Numerous squirts of expanding foam at suitable spacing and once dry, if needed, fixed with screws.Can't comment yet on whether the system works as I'm still waiting for the Easy frame jigs to be delivered.As far as I can tell from the photos, the only difference between this one and the cheaper version is these have a moulded, rubberised handle.
