I was sceptical when purchasing this item thinking it would be just another sensory processing tool that would end up in a closet and forgotten. But it is not, it exceeded my expectations. The weight and softness of this blanket is so soothing and calming.

It’s (almost) like a hug. Great for when your partner is away or if you are single by choice! Very relaxing and calming. Breathable and 100% cotton! Amazing cotton can be this heavy.

Amazing blanket. Weight is evenly distributed. It's cooler than other weighted blankets because of the holes.But be aware to get the correct size. I ordered the 20lb one seeing that the size was larger than the 15lb and thinking the extra weight was mostly in the larger size. Nope. The 20lb one is much denser and it was too heavy for me.20lb blanket = 1lb per 162 sq. inches = best for 175+ lb15lb blanket = 1lb per 192 sq. inches = best for 125 - 175lb10lb blanket = 1lb per 256 sq. inches = best for under 125lb

I was skeptical about whether a weighted blanket could really help with anxiety, but Bearaby's cotton Napper has blown me away. The weight feels comforting when I rest beneath it, and feels like a gentle hug. Within minutes of getting beneath it, I feel noticeably calmer. It’s cozy without making me overheat, and the quality of the fabric is great. My sleep has improved, and I actually look forward to wrapping myself in it every night. If you struggle with anxious feelings or sleep issues, this blanket is worth trying!
