I use it to brew beer. It has held up pretty well. I'm pretty happy. The welds aren't pretty but the value is perfect.

This thing is great for brewing beer. I used it with my Anvil Foundry 6.5 gallon kettle, and it worked perfectly. However, in my instance, it's definitely overkill, but I still love it.This product is high quality, true stainless steel, and easy to clean. It looks great, feels great, and is gigantic. If everything sounds good to you just be sure to grab your tape measure, and truly get an idea of just how big 42 inches is, because it's gigantic.All in all, worth the pricetag.

This paddle stirs beautifully. The holes in the paddle creates vortexes in the sauce as you stir and it creates a perfectly mixed sauce. I’ve used a paddle that did not have the holes and it requires much more mixing to get everything mixed properly and completely
