We really need to be able to leave zero stars. If I wanted a used or returned item I would have opted for that. I ordered two, one for myself and one for my husband. One was brand new and the other was resealed with scotch tape. The figure was not in its plastic packaging and all items were loose inside the box. As a figure collector this really upsets me. I want a NEW figure, if I wanted a used or returned one I would order that if that’s what I wanted.
