I bought it instead of cheaper choices because I have other bahco brand tools with similar handles and appreciate the comfort/precision they give for both small and large handsthe excellent handle is paired with an efficient, quite aggressive file that removes material quickly yet predictably

I've tried rasps from other makers but this is the one to have. Removes a lot of stock with minimal splintering and can be surprisingly accurate for such a course cut. Used on 38mm Iroko with no problems. Perhaps not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
