This piece is amazing! I absolutely love the green color. It looks and feels very elegant, and the cups and board are quality. I like the indent in the nibs as I feel like it's going to make it easier to move the pieces. The dice are nice, if a tab bit small. I think this will work fantastic for our upcoming travel and I love that it's a zipper enclosure, so there's no way any pieces will get lost. I does lay flat for me, you just open the zippers to the corner instead of all the way, pretty simple. Overall I think it's the perfect size, not too small as to be unplayable, and not too big as to not be easily transported.

The LINGLE set is an excellent value for the price.There's a reason Backgammon has been popular for over 5,000 years. It's an easy-to-learn but challenging game where skill is often trumped by luck. But, like life, luck seems to favour the skilled and prepared! Because of the random element of dice, players of all skill levels can enjoy a game together, making this a perfect game for families. The action is quick, and the game is fast-paced, keeping everyone amused and involved.The LINGLE backgammon set is ideal for taking vacations or going to the cottage. It is well-made and folds into a compact box that easily slips into a backpack or computer bag. At less than 60grams, you'll not notice the weight. The points are all stitched, not printed like most inexpensive sets, and the box closes with a metal zipper. The padded cloth interior has a nice tactile feel as you move your chips. (I've always called these checkers, but I don't want to confuse anyone here.) When I first opened the case, the board did not sit flat, but after weighing it with cans overnight, I corrected that, and the board now opens pancake flat.Everything you need to play is included. You get the traditional two sets of dice, throwing cups and playing chips. Many lower-priced sets don't include a doubling dice, and that's crucial to amp up the excitement (and animosity) in a game.: –) A rule pamphlet is included, but the type is small, so if you are new to this delightful game, check out some how-to-play videos on Youtube.Because this portable unit is designed to be compact and lightweight, there are certain compromises. The dice and cups are tiny, and the chips are lightweight plastic. These are all a choking hazard for babies, so keep the game zipped up and on a high shelf.I travel for work and always carry a portable backgammon board with me. The game is a great way to spend time in an airport or restaurant, and I've found it fun to interact with folks. Open that game up, and you'll soon be playing with a new friend. And when I had youngsters, Backgammon was a fun way to limit screen time and increase family time. It's great to play games where people are not getting shot or blown up. But, make no mistake, Backgammon favours the totally RUTHLESS! :-)The LINGLE backgammon set will last a lifetime and provide you with hours of fun. It's reasonably priced and makes an excellent first board if you are new to the game.

Qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt, gut verarbeitet und ansprechend, die Farben der braunen Variante sind sehr angenehm fürs Auge, die Steine lassen einwandfrei hin und her schieben und sehen toll aus!Ist soweit feststellbar kein echtes Leder, sondern Kunstleder.Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

This is a very well made portable backgammon set that also looks really nice.The faux leather case opens to become the board and the interior is completely lined with a very fine felt which gives a nice soft sound when dice are rolled on it. All the stitching is pretty solid and no lose threads anywhere on the set. There's a thread ending I'm going to snip off just for a cleaner look but nothing major.The dice cups are also covered with faux leather and an interior felt like that of the play surface. Very easy to cover the cups with one or two fingers for shaking dice, they also have a satisfying feel to them.Zippers feels and looks to be made well and the lanyard is a faux leather strap with metal clip. It all comes together so nicely and gives the impression of good design. A mid tier quality set, nothing crazy but a very nice and stylish step above a basic set. Would buy again
