I have a QH and he wears large hind boots. i couldn't decide by the measurments what size to get so I ordered the large same as his boots. They fit. Wouldn't want them any smaller as the velcros just meeat by an inch and a half. As they break it they stretch a bit more. They work great. He has arthritic hocks and wearing them 20 minutes or so before work help to linber him up.
