I ordered a large because it was for a “friend” with a wider waist than me. Upon arrival, I tried a pair on and the fit/material ran much smaller/tighter than other products from this brand. (Which I do like and have ordered other items from before.)The large fit my waist well, but still did not have enough room in the pouch and allows for spillage out the sides.I’m 6’ 135lbs and usually a small or medium underwear, between a 29 and a 30” waist. So it’s typically hard for me to pick between small and medium (or even large when considering Asian sizes)Despite my size the large fit my waist, but still not enough room in front. Won’t buy again, but the material is nice. So probably not bad for some people, but I won’t be wearing unless an emergency laundry day.

6'3 210, 34''Found the XL is comfortable but the pocket is a little small.Looks great though XD

Great thong. Love the way it feels and looks. The front is a bit small for my boys but overall feels great. I'm a size 34/35 waist and I ordered and xl/32 And it's fits perfect. My wife loves how my package looks in it!!! She's turned on by it. I already ordered another color.
