Der Adapter funktioniert leider nicht, am Laptop / Bildschirme liegt es nicht, da ein geliehenen Adapter wie geplant funktioniert.Dummerweise war beim Test die Rückgabefrist bereits verstrichen, sodass eine Retoure nicht mehr möglich war.

Works easily and as intended. Connecting is simple. Bought 2 just in case the first fails, but has been going strong for over a year now.

Leider für meine Zwecke nicht zu nutzen, da das Gerät nicht mit dem Surface kompatibel ist. Auch nach Suche in den Produktinfos konnte ich diese Angabe nicht finden. Ich schließe nicht aus, dass ich hier das Problem war… Nur als Hinweis mit entsprechendem Foto von der Produktberpackung.

As a person in graduate studies, I find I am often tasked with being asked to share or present information in a variety of offices or boardrooms. It was more difficult before since my little laptop didn’t have the input necessary for most screens. This is perfect for tucking into my backpack, and I no longer worry about being asked to plug my computer into a display during meetings. It’s also great to have on hand for peers who forget (or are not familiar with) the display requirements in lecture rooms.

Out of the box, this thing works great. You plug one end into your laptop and 2 HDMI leads from your 2 monitors into the 2 included HDMI slots on the front of the peripheral.If you're connecting to one monitor only you can get a full 60hz at 4k resolution, and if two monitors you can get 2x 4k 30hz resolution on both. It's also suitable for TV's and projectors and anything else you can think of really.This probably does work better for Windows as you can extend to two displays, whereas with a Macbook you can only extend to one. There are hubs out there that do extend to two on Macs, so I'm a little disappointed this one doesn't offer that functionality too. However, it's still great!In terms of build quality and materials, it feels pretty solid. It's lightweight, and very portable but looks to have been constructed quite well! It has a nice metal casing around it and should stand the test of time.It definitely serves a purpose if you need multiple displays connected to your laptop, but not suitable for them all.Overall, I think this is reasonably priced, especially considering the output resolution capability, so I'd definitely recommend it!4/5 - Great Product!

This adapter is a perfect solution for expanding display options on my laptop. Connecting two monitors was seamless, and great that is has both extended and mirrored modes. Many products don't have an extend mode. The quality of the 4K resolution output is excellent, and I love that it’s plug & play with no need for extra drivers. It's compact, durable, and has worked well with my other devices too. Overall, highly recommended for multi-screen setups!

The adapter comes wrapped in a plastic bag in a small cardboard box and includes an instruction leaflet, although this is fairly superfluous as it is plug and play.The product itself feels reasonably well made with brushed aluminium casings for the main body and plug. The connecting lead feels a little cheap by comparison being just plastic covered rather than braided.Where this device differs from many similar sized hubs is that it has two HDMI ports and no USB or PD socket. It is therefore solely a display adapter and is not capable of charging your device whilst in use. It will also draw its power from the host PC or phone, so the battery may discharge faster than normal when the device is in use.The advantage of this adapter is that it can provide a 60Hz refresh rate when used with a single monitor at 4K, as opposed to the 30Hz refresh rate often seen elsewhere. This can help reduce flicker in the display. If two monitors are used at the same time, the rate drops to 30Hz on each monitor. The device performed impeccably during testing. I tested it with a Samsung S10 phone, both with and without the Dex desktop. The device remained reasonably cool in operation and showed no sign of any issues.Overall this is an ideal device if you need a higher refresh rate to avoid flicker.
