Expensive to obtain, but I could not find suet in my area, so this allowed me to make our family Christmas boiled pudding.

I've been looking for a good suet for a long time and I love this one. It doesn't have any off flavors or a 'beefy' flavor. Exceptionally clean taste and smell.I *love* that it's shredded. That makes it so easy to measure out. I keep mine in the freezer and I can still pour it into a cup when fully frozen.I'm looking to buy this in bulk. This is now a household staple. Really great product.

Makes superb dumplings and pastery.. I wish it was available in the USA, so I wouldn't have to have it shipped from the UK!
