Um Ihre Presse besser auf dem Tisch zu halten, gibt es einen Zusatzartikel, nämlich die SDS ULTRA PLUS Tischklemme. Es handelt sich um CNC-Aluminium in Luftfahrtqualität.
Der Abstand ist von 2 cm (0,79 Zoll) bis 4,5 cm (1,77 Zoll) einstellbar, um verschiedenen Bedingungen gerecht zu werden.
Kleine Gegenstände stabil halten
Um dem Benutzer die Installation dieses Zubehörs zu erleichtern, wurde speziell ein magnetisches Adsorptionsdesign verwendet, das durch die Magnete der Bohrmaschine und des Schraubstocks positioniert wird.

For center-drilling small diameter round stock on the drill press, this tool is indispensable. It works best when I use it with my column-supported clamp. The magnets are useful for holding the fixture in place for clamping, but not for anything else; the magnets are simply not strong enough. For larger work, I prefer to use a larger v-block, and reserve this one for small-diameter work.

Worked perfect for what I purchased it for, and the magnetic base was exactly what I needed to hold it in position, however they need to be more powerful. One of the magnetic discs kept pulling out every time I tried to change the position on the table, and I felt that if I inadvertently bumped the block, that it would move, rather than being held in place by the magnets.

This is a very useful and capable V-Block—as long as you keep in mind that it is for light-duty work only. I don’t believe it’s heavy and solid enough to be used by actual machinists, but for the DYI-er and homeowner it can come in very handy for light-duty work. It’s made of relatively light but strong CNC-aluminum, and is meant to hold round material (such as small metal pipes, PVC pipes or wooden rods) while drilling holes in them, for example). Fyi, it comes nicely and safely packaged, and essentially comes in 2 protective boxes.I have had occasion to use it while drilling holes in large wooden dowels as well as in a small piece of copper pipe. It performed quite well, but only after using one clamp to hold both the V-Block and round pieces in place (this is always a good idea!) The V-Block comes with magnets already in place in its bottom side, and even comes with extra magnets. However, the magnets need to be stronger to hold the work in place; they are not quite strong enough in my view. This makes the clamp (sold separately) a necessity in most cases so that your work doesn’t wander while under a bit of pressure.The graduated markings (for measurement) are very easy to see and should remain that way for a long time. They’re very well done. (However, personally I don’t use them much.)Overall this is a quality small V-block, which I’m sure I’ll continue to use. I recommend it and I am giving it 5-stars as long as one remembers that it is for light-duty work only. Thank you for taking the time to consider my review. Good luck!
