Got it for a REALLY good price. Gives you just enough strength to propel you further and faster than regular swimming but not so much like longer, wider fins. My fin size for bigger fins (i.e. Mares) is 36 - 37 and this pair felt like a squeeze for me, so might have been better to size up by one. Since this has one opening for the big toe, the other toes do feel squished inside. But overall tried it a few times and absolutely LOVED IT!

Sono perfette per allenare le gambe senza creare nessun fastidio a caviglie e ginocchia. Decisamente ottime! Le utilizzo regolarmente, seppur è un acquisto recente, già si vedono i risultati. Non creano nessun problema a livello muscolare (tipo crampi, posture errate, indolenzimento, ecc ....).Le consiglio.

The size is really good and can be abit flexible with the back rubber band that can stretch a little,The kids loves it and I even use the same fins for exercise
