I purchased a shade like this about 2 years ago online and still use it but got this one recently as we moved to Arizona and it’s bigger so provides more shade. I have it 4 stars as it does what it’s made to do but all the mechanical parts to it are plastic and flimsy, unlike my first one that is made of metal/steel and works more smoothly. It’s a bit difficult to open and close because of its flimsiness.

I used the search engine to find one that fits a 2016 Prius and it said that this product would fit ordered it. It does not fit a bends on the metal part if I’m trying to push it in into the frame so if I do that the left side fits but then the right side is all loose and it won’t fit. It’s too big for the 2016 Prius.Edit to add, it has officially broke. I’ve only used it in the morning. Don’t gets opened once a day. I have seen the Velcro doesn’t hold up anymore and the piece that clips together to hold it up. Doesn’t click into its base anymore. I tried to take a picture but the app isn’t letting me upload another picture. Don’t buy and waste your money.
