I have purchased a few of these in different styles from the same manufacturer, and they do run a tad bit on the small side. I normally wear an xl, and I like them roomy, so i ordered this in an XXL and it fits great. These do require a touch of an iron if you want to look neat and crisp, but they press very easily and have just the right amount of stretch. My only real complaint is that the color is clearly not yellow or even mustard. It is a russet brown color. I don't mind it, but if you're looking for yellow this is not it.

Size 3X ordered but it was maybe 1X. The arm holes were awkward and higher than regular shirts. Material says 100% cotton but it felt like thin polyester. Return window closed before I could get husband to try on so I'm out the money.
