Ihr Warenkorb ist leerIn 1963, a leather craftsman by the name of Sante Mazzarolo brought forth a future icon. Based in the small Northern Italy town of Asolo and with the perennial Alpine star flower as it's namesake, Mr. Mazzarolo began producing the first products bearing the Alpinestars moniker. At that time a new sport called motocross was establishing itself and becoming quite popular across Europe. Very much aware of the sport, Sante realized an opportunity to apply his talents and technical acumen to design a new type of footwear that would meet the protective needs and demands of this beautiful yet brutal form of athleticism. The revolutionary boot that Mr. Mazzarolo produced would become an archetype for motocross protection.

I have all sorts of armor I have gathered over the years, I have three generations of sastech armor, klim d30, cortech stuff, the soft sas-tech stuff that comes in the 1909, the cheap foam stuff, just a huge pile of armor... These are my absolute favorite elbow pads, note they make horrible knee pads though they scrunch up and need constant readjustment because they are too soft. I ride in a fairly form fitting cortech leather jacket as well as a kilamanjaro in the rain I have the nucleon elbow protectors in the cortech and I move my nucleon knees to the kilamanjaro elbows the knee and elbow pads are barely different. They are slim nearly undetectable and I truly believe they will add significant protection in a fall. I have the tripleflex scorpion armor in the shoulders it's amazingly thin but I don't put much faith in it in a fall the long and short of it is I wouldn't wear shoulder pads if they were anything other than nearly nonexistent like those bads are so that's what's on there I don't think they'll do much though. Elbow pads I believe are probably the most important pads next to a back protector and these are my favorite elbows. Wouldn't use nucleon anywhere else though.

Hope to never have to test it but this armor is supper thin, super flexible and super comfortable, doesn't get much better than this

Se me hicieron muy delgadas y con poca protección para lo que dicen, están bien para una bici de montaña
