I got these for my son. He is tall and skinny, and the elastic waistband was way too tight. I could barely close it and it was painful for him. The legs were a little too long. They are very oddly shaped pants.

The waist is very small. I had to go up to S for my 4 year old and those are still a bit tight.

the fit was good. the only thing that a slightly off was the waist band. It is super tight in opinion and my 5 year is very slim....
